Set within a mature site close to Cork City, Moyard is a contemporary home defined by carefully composed brick volumes, strong horizontal lines and generous expanses of glazing. Deeply recessed openings create a sense of depth and rhythm, while full-height glazing draws natural light into the interior and establishes a strong connection with the surrounding landscape.
Having successfully secured planning permission, the project is now progressing through detailed design, with construction anticipated to commence in 2027.
